PLAY: favorite forms include running, jumping (can be off cliffs, bridges or just a simple jumping jack!), yoga, paddle boarding and chasing small children, especially my 4 nephews.
DREAM: water always tugs at my heartstrings- lakes, pools, oceans, bathtubs….ahhh
DISCOVER: NEW things- new people, new places-running paths and trails, beaches, restaurants. Any form of adventure!
Craziest Adventure: Teaching English in a Thai elementary school for six months. I learned SMILES translate across cultures and break down any language barrier.
PLAY: Chasing my three year old across all the parks and splash pads in Denver!
DREAM: Globe trekking to the far off corners of the world.
